ST DuPont mini jet won't ignite

Anyone have any tips/advice on a repair or warranty for a ST DuPont mini jet. I had the lighter in a hooded sweatshirt and forgot it was there when I took it off. It fell about 6 feet and landed on hardwood floors. The side igniter button if rather stiff. It currently only releases gas and will not spark.

I haven't really had a chance to play around with it or look it repairs. Went to use it and it wouldn't ignite.

Per the warranty it does not cover any issues from shock.

Make sure the igniter inside the lighting chamber isn't shorted off to one side. I've had my maxijet, bigger version, button go stiff as well, but was because something was caught in the ignition door that slides open when the button is pressed.

Their warranty is not the best whether you lie or not. I think it's one or two years.

these folks do a great job. In fact, they replaced mine for a reasonable rate( I think $50) and sent the old one back. I ended up fixing the old one and have two maxi and 2 mini jets. They are a great lighter, but you can only use DuPont fuel, or else they will not guarantee it. Others clog the line supposedly.

Sent it out for repair and just received it back today. I sent a polite email and let them know I was sending in my lighter. Item was fixed and sent back promptly. They never asked any questions. I provided them with a copy of the original invoice as well.
