Sufferfest

Anyone else here punish themselves with Sufferfest cycling workouts?

I'm trying to do their intermediate 10 week plan, but the lack of a consistent sleep schedule is about to break my will.

Dude I just went on my first walk/run in probably 4 or 5 years. Running for 60sec with 90sec rest was enough of a sufferfest for me!
