Threw a 4lb pork shoulder roast in the crock pot and made BBQ brisket & coleslaw sandwiches with it. Turned out really good.

Just the three of us, at home. We made homemade potato skins, and a Buffalo chicken dip (cream cheese, Frank's Red, chopped chicken breast, sharp cheddar). And of course, beer, duh!
