  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Well it was time again for me and my friend to herf at my place. We try to do this when ever possible and now and then we step it up with something nice to drink and eat. We smoked the Cohiba Piramides LE 2006, Bolivar CG and drank Sumaridge 2007, Renault Carte Noire Extra, Bacardi 8 años and last but not least my favorite Espresso Zoega Zuprema Bellezza.
Hope you guys enjoy the pics.

What cheeses did you have? Looks like Gorgonzola or since you're a Swede, maybe Ädelost? I LOVE cheese myself... Looks like an awesome herf.

I LOVE cheese as well, what type of blue is that? I normally have our blue cheeses with a nice Sauterne, never thought about it with a cigar. It makes me wonder if a Sauterne and blue cheese combo would pair at all with a cuban? Any ideas on this?

By the way....Ben, way to go first class bro!

I have to be honest with you and admit I don't know much about wines, we are very lucky to have one of the most knowledgeable wine experts in Scandinavia as a friend and we say how much it should cost and he gives us a bottle:glassesgr

I must say Pinot Noir seems to be a good grape to go with cigars, it does not take over but is a good coplement. But both me and my wine expert friend Robert agree that vintage port wine is best with a cigar, or champagne.

I think you should try the Sauterne and blur cheese, but one with some age and creamy.
