  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I have to be honest with you and admit I dont know much about wines, we are very lucky to have one of the most knowligable wine experts in Scandinavia as a friend and we say how much it shoudl cost and he gives us a bottle:glassesgr

I must say Pinot Noir seems to be a good grape to go with cigars, it does not take over but is a good coplement. But both me and my wineexpert friend Robert agree that vintage port wine is best with a cigar, or champagne.

I think you should try the Sauterne and blur cheese, but one with some age and creamy.

ps. Sry for my spelling and grammar, English is my third language.ds

No worries Ben! English is my first language and my grammar is aweful! Yes, we enjoy a stilton or roqfort with our sauterne. The Sauterne is a sweet wine but as it ages it can gather many secondary characteristics, like marmalade, apricot etc...it may pair very well with a creamy smoke, like the Behike perhaps?

I agree, when in doubt open a port or aged Champagne and you cant go wrong!

Forgot to ask, how was the pyramides?
