Has it tried to jump out of a window yet? :hysterica

I'm almost positive this technology exists, I'll try to do a search.

It exists for programs like Word and what not...technically it should work on something like this. Although, you may need to click in the reply window to let it know where to place the text.

We've been using voice recognition software in the lab for a couple of years professionally.

Started with Kurzweil, now adapting the Dragon engine for our app. It's pretty much the de facto software in use today. Nuance (Scansoft) owns it. The core is solid ... good tools.

IBM developed ViaVoice a couple of years ago but it sort of withered on the vine.

Recognizing continuous speech is the benchmark for this software ... appnavigation is a bit easier.
