  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Tatuaje Avion (Gifted by Mythsmoker)

Shape: Pefecto
Wrapper : Ecuadorian Habano Maduro (Milk Chocolate Color with minimal veins) Good Construction Firm
Binder : Nicaraguan
Filler : Nicaraguan

Prelight Draw- Straight Tobacco with a Woody undertone.

1st- Peppery Blast with a earthy flavor on the light, it mellowed just a bit after about .25". I am getting some ceder and wood and maybe just a little coffee, not much though.

2nd- Pepper has mellowed quite a bit and I am getting a strong cedar flavor as well as coffee. Its quite delicious.

3rd Pepper has kicked backed up a notch. I am getting strong coffee and cocoa notes now as well.

Final Thoughts- This is definitely a full bodied cigar. I had to take it very slow and had to re-light a couple times. The burn was consistent and I enjoyed it very much. It's definitely worth a try and I would consider a box purchase.

love me some avion, and am INTENSELY interested in the '12, which is more of a CG (more flavor!). to me it tastes like a fausto with age. lucky enough to be gifted one T110, it is NOT a T110, but it is surely yummy!

Big fan of the Avion '11, I picked up another box a couple of weeks ago. Looking forward to the 2012 as I missed out on the Holt's sampler. Thanks for the review
