  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Black Label / Lancero combination had enormous impact on availability and sale of this product. I was fortunate to secure a total of 15 sticks from two fellow BOTL. I have smoked through 6 of them and each one provided an unforgettable experience. Starting with flawless wrapper, excellent construction and good burn. Not easy to achieve with lancero, especially the burn & draw. If you can appreciate cigar flavor complexity, you don’t have to look any further. Tatuaje Black Petite Lancero will provide you exactly that, and some. Appropriate amount of spice without tasting like a spice-bomb, chocolate, cocoa, a touch of cinnamon and hint of floral notes are some of the characteristics of this cigars. If you are from North East and are familiar with NYC roasted nuts’ smell and taste, get ready for nut-fest. In construction department, one should expect light gray / almost white ash and close to perfect burn. Out of six samples only one had a minor hiccup where I had to re-light few times but considering the lancero format, personally, this is a nonissue. If I was to rate this cigar with a numerical value, we are looking at 95+ home-run. I’m definitely picking up a cabinet when regular production becomes available.

I couldn't agree more with you. One of the best cigars I've smoked this year without a doubt. My stash is dwindling...

I hear you ! I gave out couple to fellow cigar smokers and they enjoyed it as well. I'm spreading it out so this lasts until regular production release ;) I will miss pig-tail and closed foot though ;)

Mmmm!! love me some tat black titties!
*TWSS :skew:

I didn't get to score one, but once they are regularly released, I'll pick some up.
There are some pre-releases floating around still. Contact twenty5 if you are interesting in buying. Good luck !

Thanks for the review and great pics.

These were potentially the "great white buffalo" that I honestly thought I would only read about the legend that is the Tat Black and continually question if they truly existed. I never thought I'd be fortunate to get my hands on these but thanks to an awesome brother willing to share the wealth I was able to acquire 6 black tubos, 2 CG's and 2 PL's. Can't wait for them to arrive and finally experience the Tat Black.

I keep hearing great things...really looking forward to these being regular release. That first pic kinda looks like the cigars are just hanging out in space if you look at it right, neat-o .

Great photos and great review. I had the opportunity to try just one of these sticks and was blown away by the experience. It was easily my best smoke of the year and I don't anticipate anything topping it.

Glass back-yard table. I guess reflection makes it looks like cigars are suspended. Good observation ;)

Are these still around?
Limited release?

These are pretty much my dream cigar.
You should be able to find some pre-releases (pigtail and closed foot). Post WTB thread and someone should be able to help out. Regular production should be available in few months.
