Don't worry about it! I'm not going to do some crappy, easy contest for a pre-release Tat Black!!!

Kinda thinking within a few weeks. The jars are actually clearing customs really soon (like in the next few days), but the sticks are holding up the release. I don't think there is an actual date yet, but sometime in May (hopefully earlier than later!) is what I heard.
