I would never have picked this cigar up had I not overheard on of the employee's at the humidor telling another customer that this is Pete's cigar of choice in the Tatuaje line, and that there are only a few shops in the country that he sends these out too. So, I bought one, and began smoking it, and it was plugged up pretty bad, but the employee at the shop gave me another one and I didnt even ask for it. It had a beautiful dark wrapper and great band presentation, at least I think the bands on the tat's are stylish. It had a grey stacked ash that was decently sturdy and the smoke was thick and flavorful. The draw was a tad loose, but not bad, and it certainly beat the first one that I bought. The burn was nice and even through the entire smoke. It had a nice mellow earthy core through the first two-thirds, and subtle hints of bitter chocolate. The last two inches took on a woody taste that was really enjoyable. This cigar was very cuban-like in my opinion, but not something I would recomend for a beginner. It was full-bodied, and sometimes the bitter taste doesnt go over real well with someone who hasnt smoked much. I had about two puffs of harshness through the entire thing, and was definately impressed. I bought another one of these to hold back for a while, but I would definately recomend this smoke to someone who's been smoking for a while. You really cant go wrong. Another good one from Tatuaje!:fencing:
