  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I've been excited to try these, not only because I'm a Crowned Heads fan but I love the fact it's a Tennessee exclusive. Ran out and got two tonight.

Right off the bat, it smokes beautifully rott, it's not wet as many broadleaf tends to be early on. Beautiful burn, razor sharp line.

Draw is perfect, 6/10. Just a bit of resistance. Sweet tobacco and barnyard off the foot. Does not smell young.

1/3: A little Pepin spice, some chocolate and coffee. The retro hale is awesome.

2/3: I'm amazed these are rott. They just shipped from Crowned Heads to retailers yesterday. I bought the first two out of the box. This is burning like its had several weeks of rest and a day in the dry box. Cocoa and coffee. Retro hale is still the best thing. Spice dies out a bit. Very good.

3/3: last third was all cocoa. Burn got a bit wonky but it's 110% rott, what are you going to do? Just a touch of pepper to round it out. This is a great cigar. An le for nine bucks...top-notch. Another home run by Huber & Co.

This truly was a great cigar. Reminds be a bit of how good the mflb used to be but even better. Pure broadleaf goodness.
