Thai food, one of my favorites and a great assault on the palate. For me, a Mag 46 with a single malt would be superb. Good alternate smokes: JL #1 or a BBF.

Great question. My experience with Thai food has been flavors abound...they use alot of spices in their food. You'd probably want to pair it with something equally as strong.

Fox had some great suggestions, the BBF would probably be great.

A great NC choice might be a LFD Chiselito.

I think you need something that will hold up to the spice - Opus or an Ashton VSG would be my suggestions bro

Definitely smoke something that will break through the pallette after eating all that Thai food. Opus/VSG or BBF/PSD#4 :dunno:
