I had a meeting today and we decided to meet at a nice sports bar. World Cup was on and the volume was down low but DEAR LORD you could still hear those horns blaring... like nails on a chalkboard. I know it's a tradition in SA, they must not have very good hearing down there.

Why can't they just tune out the frequencies the horns sound at? I can do it by routing my tv sound through my pc and some sound editing software.
