Has anyone ever had dry cleaners lose or damage their clothes? I dropped off a bunch of stuff on Monday to get cleaned before my trip and all the dress shirts were cleaned on time but some how they lost two of my suits and a pair of pants. The lady said it’s happened before and usually it takes a couple weeks but they end up finding the clothes. If they can’t find the clothes at what point are the legally obligated to reimburse me? The woman I was dealing with seemed like she was high on something and said she didn’t know the procedure and would have to talk to the owner.
