  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

So this ends up being more of a review of my writing style but it was interesting to compare what I tasted a year ago to what I was tasting at the moment. So here ya go:

One thing that I found interesting was how aging took away some of the fun of the spiciness of the blend vs. the "sweetness" of the Broadleaf. Still a good cigar though!

So I just looked at the randomly generated topics associated with my post from wordpress and I get this:

Uma on Motherhood and why she can’t sleep at night

I'm speechless.

Excellent review, I never got the pleasure of smoking a Frank, but I have a good idea now on what I'm missing. :cbig:

Well I sparked up my first Frank. Compared to the Drac I had the other week, the Frank is a much better stick even after a year of age. While I enjoyed my experience with the Frank, it still left much to be desired. I found the Frank to be relatively one dimensional. Touch of sweetness with some cocoa notes inter-playing throughout. Rather mild with no pepper or spice to speak of. Burned even and needed a touch up once. It actually went out on me in the first inch but once relit, it never went out again. The ash was extremely flaky/dusty but held on for an inch or so. I'm glad I had the opportunity to smoke a Frank thanks to a trade with a generous BOTL. I'll be smoking the Boris next with hopes it's even better than the Drac and the Frank.
