As some of you know, between my wife and I we have an extensive list of pets. Today it got longer :crosseyed. A guy comes into the clinic and has a flyer and wants to know if we knew anyone that would be looking for some snakes. "What 'cha got?" was my automatic reply. I can't help it, it's in my genes :rolling:. He was looking to give away a Ball Python and a Boa Constrictor. Now I already have several Ball Pythons and if I brought another one home it'd probably be worse that if my wife caught me buying more cigars :nono:. But I don't have a Boa Constrictor and I've been looking/thinking about getting one for a while. For the price (free :applause:) it took me all of about 30 seconds to tell the guy he could bring it up to the clinic and I'd take it home. Here's the new addition:

In talking with the guy I find out that it belonged to his sister. She had grown tired of it and was just going to turn it loose, which of course makes me go :cursing:. I thanked them both politely when the dropped it off at the clinic and now I'm off to the pet store (yet again) for a few things I forgot earlier.

Snakes, they're like wiggly cigars with teeth. Good luck with the new family member.

That's nice, but there are two things in this world I don't trust. 1. Anything without legs that can move and 2. Anything that bleeds for a week and doesn't die.
