Pretty unique and interesting approach that SM's is doing in Guatemala this year. Fascinating to me. Can't wait to try all the new lots that they'll be getting in from this project soon (some are already in).

It's really unique what they're doing in northern Guatemala. I've tasted a few of these microlots & they've all been stellar coffees! Paying extra for coffees that have extraordinary cup quality & which would've just been "blended away" with inferior, low grown coffees is not a new idea, but doing it on this scale & with such transparency is.

Theyre going to waste... I wont get around to roasting them all... may as well send them to someone that can use them
