Well I told you of the cigars I had coming. There hear, I put them in my humidor, guess what they all fit and I got plenty of room for more. Like I need more! After putting them in the humi, I closed the doors, opened the doors, and closed the doors again. I just had to smoke one, Ha-Ha one, so I opened the door again.
So I pulled out the Rocky Patel Vintage 1992 Maduro. It was so beautiful I had to ask it to run away with me! The wrapper was dark and silky smooth perfect feel. Its aroma was a rich dark chocolaty espresso smell. The construction was perfect, nice and firm. So I clipped the head with my new Xikar Redwood cuter and gave it a dry draw. Oh my, the dark chocolaty espresso test came through, I thought why light it, man I was impressed. But you can't have your cake and eat it too. So I decided to eat it.
While heating the foot the aroma was nice. The first draw after lighting was more chocolaty espresso taste with a hint of sweet liquorish. The wonderful billowing white smoke filled the air. Half way through it the flavors increased it kept its the hint of sweet liquorish. My wife come into the room and asked what was that smell? I told here, and asked why? She said because it smelled good, (lucky men arent I). The ash would not fall I had to ash it. While finishing this fine cigar I found myself completely satisfied. Will I buy more. After finishing off these two boxes I well buy more!! Can I recommend them, yes? If you are a Maduro lover as I am, it would be a sin not to smoke some. I really love the Rocky Patel Vintage 1992 Maduro, they light my fire. Next is the Cain Maduro 550, ok-ok-ok I wont smoke it today.
Have a nice day brothers!!!
