think twice before "heading" to any city in the philippines south of cebu

to me it is so sad to see news like this. the philippines is the land of a thousand smiles. i have been many times. rarely have i felt in danger, but things like this hit home especially with my up coming trip. we have plans to go to lyete and cabanatuan. my feelers will def be more sensitive now
