Sitting out back, have a fire going, big jug of Rawhides sweet tea, cigar and playing on the laptop. 67 degrees, man, I'm lovin it!
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.
That's a better smoke than I was working on. I had a San Cristobal, NC.Sittin in a hotel room in Brockton Mass. playin on the puter (BBF half gone)
I love all things Tolkien, even the Silmarillion and the Lost Books, but CoH... man. I don't want to spoil anything but that was a hard read. I still liked it but wow... definitely polar opposite of the Hobbit.I just finished my latest reading of the Hobbit and now I'm reading The Children of Hurin. I seem to be on a Tolkien kick...
Not a bourbon guy, but the rest sure sounds great, especially the scdlh, man I love that little smoke.jeff aka heatmieser and i hooked up last night at mi casa,,, firepit going, smoked a tat EC verocu and a scdlh el principe... jeff had a tat EC and a LFD el jocko #2. he brought two bottles of 1970's bourbon - i believe they were old crow and old forester! mighty fine stuff!!
I'm just getting started but it already seems to be a much darker tale. I'll have to get a copy of The Silmarillion and read that next.I love all things Tolkien, even the Silmarillion and the Lost Books, but CoH... man. I don't want to spoil anything but that was a hard read. I still liked it but wow... definitely polar opposite of the Hobbit.
Nice... I just finished reading hobbit + the trilogy again. Those books never get old and always delight, and there is plenty of smoking in them. One of my fvorite ways to pass the time is with a stogie and a book on my balcony. I almost did last night but it was bit too warm out last night (mid to low 80's still at 8:30pm). Maybe tonight.... I just finished my latest reading of the Hobbit and now I'm reading The Children of Hurin. I seem to be on a Tolkien kick...
