Good morning. Here's a bit on the coffee I start my day with. I know know some of you home brew and some may even home roast. The idea here is to share a little bit about what coffee you're drinking today. The "Quote of the Day" is something I read while savoring my cup. Too bad I can't have a Siglo I with my coffee today.

So today, it's a french pressed spicy, smooth Yemen Mohka Sa'nani. Simply a smooth cup. Funky, chunky, monkey! Be well.

Make joy

Joy is not something you find. It is something you choose to create, to live and to experience. The experience of joy does not in any way deplete the amount of joy available. On the contrary, the experience of joy makes possible even more profound and sustained joy. Some would say that joy is not possible, or not realistic, or not appropriate in certain situations. Yet those very situations are the ones to which joy can bring the most value.

Joy requires nothing and gives much. And you have the truly magnificent ability to create joy.
Joy is not the result of success. Joy is, in fact, a significant cause of success. Make this day joyful by filling it with joy. The more you choose to experience it, the more joy there will be.

I had some Guatamalean coffee. It was already ground up. The parents picked it up while on a cruise there. It's not bad, but kinda stale.

I'd take the Folgers this morning, in a hotel in Green Bay WI. Made coffee in the room must be from a regional commerical roaster (?), "Frozen Tundra" coffee. Taste's like it too.
