Torch lighter

ok guys, I’ve had it with my torch lighters, they seem to get overheated for lack of a better term, I’ll use it to toast the foot and then I’ll try to use it to relight a few minutes later and the lighter won’t work. I let it sit for a half hour or so and it works fine.
Anyway I’m in the market for a new lighter, so any suggestions or recommendations?

I had the same problem. I switched to better fuel(grey xikar can) and no longer have the problems. I use a stick lighter that does both single jet and soft flame. Good lighter for under $10.

Eagle torch gun is good. Cheap, can get at the gas station, large fuel capacity, and refillable

I got a flat flame torch recently. I had to learn how to light up using the flat flame. Jetline JS-100 just came out with a flat flame lighter. I think it is under $15.

The vertigo cyclone triple tourches on amazon are 8 bucks. I’ve also had no problems putting ronson butane through my lighters for years.

Clive, i'm gonna send you a website, now I have not ordered from them, but they do offer like 10% off your 1st order or something, and they seem to be very reputable. Also, I have stopped using Xikar butane, and switched to Lotus butane, which I feel is more clean, I haven't had any issues after switching.

Also, are you using a single, double or triple flame? I prefer dual and single only, triples can burn a little hot sometimes.......ok I'm not trying to be Mr. knowitall, I'm just trying to help you......take my words with a grain of salt if you wish.....anyway here is the link I promised you.
