Tracking from Promo

Can you actually use the tracking numbers that Promo provides you when they ship your package? If so, where at?

fedex you have to give it about 24hrs AFTER it ships so that it gets into the sytem. they often give you the tracking number a day in advance before it actually ships.

the tracking code doesnt seem to match any fedex tracking code i've ever seen before. i got the code on monday... still not working. i remember having problems with this before. its an airwaybil #. dunno.

Is it 12 digits like so... 1234 1234 1234? Fedex tracking numbers are 12 digits in 3 groups of 4.
