How often do you train? With whom? I try to take a class at least once a year, especially if I buy a new gun. So far I've had great luck with these guys:

LMS Defense
Insights Training

I talked my way into a LEO/MIL-only "CQB with NODs - plates required" class after a prior instructor with more experience than anyone on the topic that I'll ever meet said "dude - that sounds dangerous as hell! Lemme know how it goes. I want a AAR!"

Damn, the fact that the class was cancelled would make a grown man cry!

As far as my training, only once a quarter with an instructor, a whole lot more without one.

I go to the indoor range and shoot about 50 rounds every other week or so. As soon as I get my shotgun put together, I'm going to start doing 3 gun matches. Never done anything like it before so I can't wait for the experience.
