  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Almost got it right, but i would have to pick Silva over forrest and Almeida over Grove. I keep going back and forth on the main event but I lean towards Florian think he is just too hungry to let this opportunity pass and question if BJ really wants it anymore.

Solid predictions here are mine:

BJ Penn Vs. Kenny Florian - Penn if he comes in in the right mind frame and isn't just looking for another GSP fight.
Anderson Silva Vs. Forrest Griffin
Amir Sadollah Vs. Johny Hendricks
Kendall Grove Vs. Ricardo Almeida
Josh Neer Vs. Kurt Pellegrino
Shane Nelson Vs. Aaron Riley
Tamdan McCrory Vs. John Howard
Thales Leites Vs. Alessio Sakara
Matthew Riddle Vs. Dan Cramer
George Sotiropoulos Vs. George Roop
Jesse Lennox Vs. Danillo Villefort

"I question if BJ really wants it anymore."

After watching some of his training videos, I believe he still wants to keep his title!

In my opinion, the only time he has trouble with an opponent is when he goes up in weight class.

Yes his videos are impressive and still one of the most talented fighters out there, but BJ truly believes he is unbeatable at 155 so he's not really pushing his limits for the fight. That's why he goes up in weight, to challenge himself. He seemed "hungrier" when getting ready for the St. Pierre fight.

Has anyone seen a fighter just leave the ring like Forrest Griffin did? That was so weird. I know he was embarrased but damn, take your loser's interview with Joe Rogan like everyone else does.

it was damn embarrassing, but I think he hurt his knee or something (although he ran out of there). He doesn't seem to be the kind of guy to be disrespectful or anything. He's taken his licks like a man every other time.

No, Sanchez is fighting at 155 now, he won his last fight over Joe "Daddy" Stevens at 155 lbs.
