This cigar has been reviewed extensively already but I have nothing better to do today before football starts. So here goes.
Purchased this morning at the local B&M, so this cigar had zero rest time in my humidor.
First the stats:
Undercrown Belicoso
Size: 6 x 52
Country: Nicaragua
Wrapper: San Andreas Maduro
Binder: Connecticut River Valley Stalk Cut & Cured Sun Grown Habano
Filler: Brazilian Mata Fina & Nicaraguan Habano
Strength: medium - medium/full
Price: $7 -$8 locally
Smoke time: 1 hour 20 minutes
Location: in my car (a little chilly outside)
Appearance:
I really like the appearance of this cigar. It has an oily brownish/tan leather, almost rustic appearance. Reminds me of a worn brown leather couch. There are a couple of veins running through, but nothing major. The cigar has a nice firm feel to it. I absolutely love the band.... it is one of my favorites.... nice and simple.
Pre light.
The pre-light draw seems perfect. It has a pre-light aroma of leather with a hint of roasted nuts.

First third:
Cigar lights easily enough and I am hit with a peppery / nutty flavor right off the bat. The peppery spice flavors disappear after the first few pulls. It evolves into a creamy nutty flavor. There is also a nice hint of coffee mixed in. The burn line is wavering ever so slightly but it corrects itself quickly. One thing that is noticeable from the get-go is the amount of blue smoke pouring out of this thing. I am smoking in my car and it is quickly filling up with smoke. The cigar is building a nice white ash that holds for well over an inch and a half. It would have held even more but I had to ash it as I am smoking in my car and did not want it falling on it's own.

Second third:
2nd third begins with the same creamy / roasted nut flavors. I am now also beginning to notice a little bit of chocolate. Almost reminds me of a chocolate hazelnut. Here and there, I notice a little bit of spice that quickly disappears. The burn line is not pin straight but it is more than acceptable and corrects itself often. Towards the end of the second third, the sweetness level is beginning to pick up. The creamy/nutty flavor remains throughout. One thing, that I can not overstate is the amount of smoke billowing out of this thing. This is probably one of the smokiest cigars that I have smoked.

Final third:
The sweetness is especially becoming noticeable as I start the final third. Chocolate flavors are also becoming more pronounced as the creaminess and hazelnut flavor remains. As I make my way through the final third, the band removes very easily. I must admit, that this a pet peeve of mine as I hate to battle with the band to remove it. But this came off with the slightest pull. Toward the end of the final third, I am starting to pick up a little bit of spiciness. The nub is starting to get the slightest bit hot but nothing major. As I finish off this bad boy, the peppery spice is starting to become prominent.

Conclusion:
Wonderful solid cigar. Especially for the price. Definitely box worthy which will always have a place in my humidor. A solid 8 out of 10.
