So years ago I converted a igloo Marine 150 into a coolidor. Used sturdy boxes and kiln dried poplar to make shelves. Put a pound or so of esquiscat(spelling) silica litter in filter bags in the bottom. Ran an big humidor active humidifier in it for a few weeks to season it.
In the years since it's held 65% the unless I leave the door open for a while and it climbs but drops right back once closed.
Temp has been steady around 65° inside, again unless "stick gazing.
