Well, this smoked a little like the Longhorns played. It lit quickly and easily. Burned even and fast. But the last half was a little sloppy. That probably had to do with being outside, walking around in the snow. Still spicy and full of flavor and by the time it was over, I was ready for another.

y'all need to party with us this saturday. my friends have a killer deck with a view of the capitol that would make lady bird want to slap deloss. we are boiling some shrimp and cooking jambalaya before the tech game. everyone is invited.
