Heyo from Tokyo!

Been here almost a week now and eating everything I can shove into my face. Heading back to Tsukiji market for some more seafood and figured I'd post a short update for those of you interested.

Google maps works great for plotting out trips ahead of time but is damn near useless for gps while walking. It has a real hard time pinpointing location and direction.

The pocket wifi we rented has been incredibly helpful since none of us speak or read Japanese.

According to my Fitbit, we've been averaging just shy of 15 miles on foot every day, helps make me feel better about all the eating

Just leaving Kichijoji, cool part of town for sure. Also helps we just ate the best steak of our lives. Initially came here to get some menchi katsu (deep fried beef meatballs) but convinced ourselves to splurge on some A5 Matsuzaka beef...life changingly good
