Weekend Getaway KY, TN, AL, GA

My anniversary is coming up at the end of this month and I kinda want to get away with the wife for a couple of days and need some ideas. Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, or GA are possible.

If she likes country music, Nashville is the place to be. If you have the time and like history, Savanah, GA is really nice for a 3-4 day getaway.

Nashville is almost like town to us. So, that's not really what I'm looking for. Savanah is the kind of suggestion I need. You been there?

I recommend savannah as well. I live in central Alabama now... Not much to do/see around here. Charleston is also amazing!

Headed there later this month and have been several times. You can find very nice secluded cabins for the same price as a decent hotel. The scenery is second to none, especially if your riding.

Thank you guys for the suggestions. It looks like I'm going to be spending my 10th anny at home. Wife's dad is in the hospital. Glad we hadn't booked a room anywhere yet!
