I'm going to be in Wichita for a weekend with the Mrs. soon and wanted to know of any good places to pick up some cigars and maybe have a drink too. Any smoking laws that an Okie wouldn't know about? Also, anything that is a must see there?

Cigar Chateau and Gifts is my local B&M. Great selection of sticks!
The setup is not too pretty because they're getting ready to move next door, along with the liquor store that the shop is located in.
As for local dives, check out Mort's in the old town area. It's a cigar and Martini bar thats kinda small, but always has great live music.
