Howdy ya'll,
Thought I'd put up a thread to see what everyone's plans were for Dad's Day. Myself, a new father again last year will be celebrating with my three daughters in my favorite way possible. A trip to the disc golf course with the family for a morning round of hukin', an afternoon hammock nap with a 2007 RyJ Cazadore, and a dinner with friends consisting of a roasted beef tenderloin (with wild marrionberry reduction demi-glace), wild mushroom risotto, grilled zuch and squash, followed by kahlua creme brulee. Also picked up a bottle of 15 yr Red Breast (my fav Irish Whiskey) to go with the night's 2010 My Father LE I've been saving since November. What better day to bust it out, eh?
