What are your top 3 recent pop Christmas songs?

A friend and I were going back & forth on e-mail looking for some original Christmas pop songs to compliment the classics and were struggling to find some relatively new stuff we hadn't heard. Here 3 of mine need to find some new stuff and not just another version of Santa Claus is Coming to Town.
