Here's mine.

Deftones cover of "Simple Man". I really like the Skynyrd version but the Deftones really seem to add a humbleness to the song that gives it more depth for me.

Close second, Johnny Cash's cover of "Rusty Cage". I like the song but I've never been a huge fan of the way Chris Cornell's voice sounds, so the Johnny Cash version is a win for me.

I've got mixed feelings about the NIN/Cash versions of "Hurt". I can't say that I like one better than the other. It really depends on what kind of mood I'm in.
