BoM January 2010
This week I've smoked 4 cigars that all have a certain flavor in common, but I can't figure out what that flavor is. It was quite noticable in each, but to different degrees. I'll list them in order of increasing amount of this mystery flavor:
Rocky Patel Olde World Reserve
Rocky Patel Vintage 1990
Romeo y Julietta Reserve Maduro
CAO VR
The flavor isn't bad, but I don't love it either, though it was somehow better in the two RP sticks. The CAO had so much of this (or it was so strong) that it made me just a touch nauseous--not from the "body" of the cigar itself, just this specific flavor. :lookaroun
Any idea what this "flavor" is, or what causes it?
Thanks!
