What does CC mean?

What the hell does CC mean?

My best guess would be cuban contraband.

Some might say Cookie Crisp, while others believe it means Chuck's Cigars.

What i don't want it mean is Cuban Counterfit, cuz that would mean our democratic government invented this acronym as part of their national all-encompassing conspiracy against cuba and have successfully convinced each of us to believe that we are smoking real cubans when in fact, we're smoking the governments CCs (cuban counterfits) that were rolled in a warehouse in New Jersey.

And speaking of our democratic government, i dont' remember voting Cuba "off the island."
