I was going through some stuff and found this. I received this with my purchase of a box of Little Monsters at a Tatuaje event back in 2012. Not knowing what it was I put it in a drawer and forgot about it. Any ideas about what it is used for?

I have the same and its pretty much over the top. Usually a pocket knife would do.

The only time I ever use them is if I have to reseal a box that I'm long term aging.
