The battle's fought, the deed is done
Watching some college football today and thought I'd make my favorite lunch/gametime snack. This is my Atun Mexicano...
You can use 2-3 cans(or more) of Tuna depending on how big of a batch you want to make.
Then mix in the ingredients pictured. A couple shakes of the spices, add mayo, corn, olives, and pickled Jalapeños to your liking. I use a full can of olives. Add Sriracha to your desired heat level.
I also add about 4 spoonfuls of the pickled Jalapeño juice.

Mix it all up and get yourself some Tostadas. I prefer the Doraditas in the red bag. I break the Tostada into quarters and then....Come te lo primo!!! So damn good!
