Savinelli has a list of retailers on their site. I'm not really sure how many of them still offer them at that price. Cuban Crafters had it fairly low at one point, but remember MSRP starts at $155

I've never dealt with them, but they are a huge company. I called and they were out of stock, and that was a few months ago.

I've seen a few lackluster reviews... A bit more perusing found this:

Haven't been able to find any bad reviews about them, but I've found a few positives, so I shot them an Email about stock - Provided the answer is affirmative, I'll have a new lighter bought

EDIT: and if they don't have stock, I'll pony up an extra 10 bucks and go with Vintage Chic Cigars

I have had transactions with them in the past for pipe tobacco purchases and have been happy. They are well respected on the pipe boards. Good Luck.
