  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Anyone else find the Palio to not be sharp enough?

NEVER. He has cut 3 sticks with it, must be the technique. Had mine about 4 years still works like a charm. They are much better than any Xikar products. Also can lay them flat and act like a cigar holder. Visit a B&M or buy wtih a BOTL vendor. BELIEVE me, you will be happy.

Carry a black one in my pocket daily (in the leather case) and I'm very happy with it. Very sharp, easy to operate and for me the simple black original is the only way to go.

I hope it's the technique. Your right, I've only cut three sticks with it. So I'll put some more mileage on it before forming a solid opinion. However I will commit that it is smooth and light.

Thanks, guys. Makes me feel better. I'm gonna get one this Christmas for sure. My old Zino is still working, but it's a little beat up after many years of use. Plus, I like the fact that I can rest my cigar on the Palio after it cuts the cigar.

Unless you're wearing on a chain around your neck who cares how it looks. Mine is in my pocket when I'm not cutting a cigar. I have the black, it cuts great.
