okay, scott has his thong in a bunch so we need to start seeing where we stand as far as numbers go.

just a reminder since we have new guys coming in soon (I hope). we aim to purchase at least 4 boxes a month. out of those 4 boxes, every person gets two cigars from each box, thus 12 spots open each month. the odd 25th cigar from each box are grouped together and raffled off (guess the score of a televized game, etc.)

each spot is around $70. if you want more cigars, get another spot and so on.

this time around we are just going to send it the exact amouth for that month instead of a set amount and the remainder going into a kitty. the less we have to keep up with, the better.

speaking of, I think I'm just going to cash everyone out on that kitty since some of them won't be participating in a while. or I can apply that towards the next purchase so I can just send one lump payment to scott instead of distributing several ones. we'll work that out when the time comes.


any ideas?

Once additional funds are in the "kitty", they remain there. They may be spent at any time as the participating members see fit. if a member has opted out for a month in which "kitty" money is spent, said non-participating member is just shit out of luck.

oh, and the amendment was really not serious. if someone needs to pull their part of the kitty out and is going to be sitting out a few onths, I would think that we could accomodate since we're not all exactly strangers here.
