Thermoelectric, very good. You might run out of space before too long, but I think it's a great idea.

It's gonna be dinged up and dented--possibly quite substantially at that price. But then again, it's CHEAP!

For comparison, my 28-bottle Vinotemp cost $199 @ Target.

You can get the 28 like yours at target for around 180 so I am ultimately saving 40 bucks by getting a dinged up one...

You'll need an external temperature control switch. I personally have a Ranco ETC (Electronic Temperature Control) but there are others on the market as well (Williams Brewing seems to be another popular choice).

I got my Ranco used from Randy, but I've since ordered a second (for another wine cooler) from here:
