  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I ordered drawers and shelves for my wineador from this place back on 1/31. the website says it usually takes 5 weeks but can take longer to get them. I am ok with that. I have, however, sent a few emails in as to get some updates and have yet to hear anything back. Have others had this problem also? I'm still kind of new to this website and don't want to ruffle any feathers, but an email or something giving me an update would be nice.

This was my biggest fear but once I found John (thanks again Joel!) I was very pleased.

Did you already pay him? If not cancel your order and use John. John communicates very very well!

Yeah, I paid when I ordered. Don't really care about the time, but would like to hear something, delay, shipped, etc.

FWIW... everyone that ordered for him got the goods eventually. Your not out the $$ just the time and inconvenience of bad communication. Bet he responded fast to the order reqest though. :eek:

That does help, thanks. I am actually already looking at buying a 2nd, bigger cooler and will have to make a much larger order this time. Just kind of hesitant right now.

You are correct sir! Have already talked to him and everything is squared away. Like I said earlier, didn't want to ruffle feathers, just looking for a heads up. All is good!

Take heart! Most of the neg. reviews on that came from housewives with no idea how to replace a simple fan in the easily accessible compartment in the back. Besides, KoldFront seemed to lead the pack in positive reviews, which is why I was looking at them in the 1st place.

I know for 130 shipped and all it had was a small dent in lower corner of door, it works great going on a year now
