I recommend one that isn't round. Done the round type and it's a pain in the arse laying your stuff out. I have a 5 rack vertical water smoker that runs on gas and I love the thing. I went from wood only, to charcoal/wood to gas and gas is so much easier as I can hold the temp perfectly for as long as I want.
$200 at Bass Pro. Only complaint is the walls are thin sheetmetal so in the winter I have made a thermal blanket to help hold the heat in (or cold out) and it works well.
