Yes, only available at CI AFAIK. There is a review on top25cigar.com.
I have tried a couple and really liked them (bought a box of coronas after trying one from a 5-pack.)
Mine don't have much time in the humi and I am not very experienced, so I am reluctant to say much, but they taste very good to me, and the price can be very good. Construction and draw are excellent. Not a dull cigar.

Haven't heard of the vibe but i just got a pair of the reo's but haven't tried them yet.

Yep, I've had one....put in my hand by Rocky himself.
It's okay, but nothing to get to terribly excited about. I haven't bought one in a year or so tho, so it obviously didn't impress me much.
