XIKAR Round Digital Hygrometer Thermometer BUSTED

Had this little bastard for a week and it decided to die on me. Not sure why. Should i go in for an exchange for the same item or do i get another one.

I purchased this at Cornoa Cigar Co. in Downtown Orlando. I'm sure they will have more choices, anyone recommend anything? I like the Wal-mart one that was posted.

Let me know though, i may go in today to exchange. I bought it last Sunday, grrrrrr.

Good idea.

Now, the battery is one you'd find in a watch.

I don't see the battery dying anytime soon, but the display is off. Pushed the green button...nothing. Took the battery out, nothing. The therm. just doesnt want to turn on, or work.

Sad. Not even a week old.

Let them give you another one, just check it before you leave the shop. Some of them will sit on shelves for 6 months or more, it just may need a new battery.

I've used them before but I prefer the "adjustable" ones.

I've had good luck with the Xikars - knock on wood. Been very reliable for over a year now.

i use them and have never had a problem except battery, check that first and if that does not work they should replace it

you can calibrate these, and I use 2 of em.... they have the lifetime warranty.
I had one that was acting up, switched it no questions asked.
