For those that own a Turrim, has anyone had any problems with theirs? I have had mine for a couple of months and and almost immediately have had trouble with it. When I got the lighter I followed the instruction on bleeding and filling the lighter. I used the Xikar butane, after filling it and letting sit for a few minutes it sparked up and worked, but after a day or two it would spark up and only stay on for a couple of seconds if that. The flame adjuster is all the way up. So after getting frustrated with it I let the fuel out and refilled it again, since I was out of the Xikar butane I used Ronson butane. It is still doing the same thing as before. Just wanting to see if yall had any advice or ideas before I send it in to get it looked at.

BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.
Xikar Turrim Problems

I've got to pull the trigger on mine 5 or 6 times each time I go to light it after its been sitting a while. Next time I'm out of fuel, I'm going to do a full purge and proper refill. If it still has problems after that, it's going back to Xikar for repair.
It's a little frustrating because I dig the lighter a lot. Holds a ton of fuel and is just damn cool in general

Yes, I've tried that still the same problem. I just let all the fuel out and gonna let it sit for a few minutes before I fill it back up. If it keeps on doing the same problem I will have give xikar a call before sending it in.
I let all the butane out and let it sit overnight. I filled it back up and it has been doing better. It takes me 4 or 5 clicks before it stays on. I still don't think that is normal but its better then not working at all. Still thinking about making a call to Xikar
I've just been living with it so far. I have to click it 3-5 times for it to light from cold. It's annoying, but living with it so far. I should send it back to Xikar to get them to give me a new one, but chances are i'll just live with it for the foreseeable future.

My xikar started acting like that. It drove the misses crazy when id have to click it 5-10 times to light it. Went back to my ronson life is good again.!
