Just read this and see how ludicrous it is. In Section 5, they're proposing that if you don't have kids within 3 years, then your marriage is annulled. Of course this will be deemed unconstitutional if it ever passes.

You would be surprised at what will pass in this state. This kind of thing is an unfortunate backlash against gay rights and is playing out all over the country. Just look at the recent election and overwhelming passage of similar legislation (no gay rights) in a number of states. Like it or not, the populace is against it. Activist judges and legislatures keep ignoring the people at their peril, especially since the courts give wide latitude to the initiative process as the will of the people. . .
