I have a Zplus but its having ignition issues. I just bought a thunderbird butane one and should be here next week so we will see how that works.

I love the inserts for zippo's. They work great and make them useable for a cigar.

I just picked up a z-plus on ebay... Ive got a zippo that Ive carried around for close to 10 years.. but never bothered to convert it.. this thread sold me on the idea.. thanks!

I have a z-plus 2.0 in an heirloom zippo that my dad used back in the 70s. The original internals were taken at the airport some years ago. The insert didn't work very well at first but after a butane purge and refill with good fuel it works like a champ. It was a tight fit and took about 2 hours to get it back out of the zippo the first time, but it's loosened up just enough now after messing with it some.
