Are these fake?

I think I might have gotten duped. I bought a few cigars from a guy on Facebook. They showed up and looked great. Then I ordered some more and the second batch doesn't look as good. What say you?

Sloppy band placements hard to tell from the pics, but looks like the band was cut. Cohiba usually places full front of bands and put excess under. Thsts been cut.

Interesting. I ordered a black light on Amazon to check the UV security features. It's coming tomorrow and I think that will be really telling. I would think a real Cohiba label would have the white squares printed all the way to the end too. So even if some excess was showing you'd still get the squares which is why I'm questioning this.

I've been out of the cigar game for years and while the bands have gotten WAY more intricate the counterfeiters clearly have gotten WAY better. I'm sure there are still some obvious glass top box type fakes out there still too.

I think that was the quality of the picture and not the band. Hopefully, this one shows better.
